Our Villas

 Each villa has it's own attached single car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1 and ½ baths, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer & dryer hookups. The villas also have a covered front porch and back patio area. The entire village is one level, with no stairs. Each villa offers approximately 750 square feet of living space.  Units are total electric for safety and convenience.

Residents enjoy full access to our community room, which includes a kitchen, library and exercise facility. It is here where various activities and events are held. Though marketed as an independent living community, Pebblebrooke's design features are intended to allow residents to "age in place". Free to choose from a number of local home health care providers, our tenants can obtain the assistance needed at a fraction of the cost of assisted living facilities.
